Privacy Policy
Draft for review · Prepared September 27, 2026. This page is not a finalized legal policy. The details noted below must be confirmed before it is adopted.
Information used by the app
Armonica uses account information to sign you in and display your profile. This may include your user ID, email address, name, profile image, and sign-in provider. If you choose Google sign-in, the profile information returned by that sign-in flow is used for your account.
Content you provide
The service processes your prompts, answers, voice selections or uploaded recordings, music selections, generated audio, playlists, and ratings to provide the features you use. Avoid putting sensitive information into prompts or recordings unless you intend to submit it to the service.
How information supports the service
Account information supports authentication. Generation inputs support audio creation. Library records support playback and playlist management. Credits support usage tracking. Authenticated real-time messages keep generation progress and library information up to date.
Services involved
The current app uses Supabase for authentication and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting or delivery. API and audio-generation services also process data needed to fulfill your requests. The complete provider list, processing locations, and provider retention terms must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses session cookies. Browser storage may retain interface preferences or cached app data. A final policy must document all deployed storage and analytics tools; this draft makes no claim that the service is free of analytics or other tracking.
Your choices
You can choose your sign-in method, edit supported account information, and manage tracks, playlists, and ratings through the app. Removing a track from a playlist does not necessarily delete that track from your history or from service records. Account deletion, data access, and privacy request procedures still need to be documented.
Retention, security, and contact
Retention periods, backup deletion rules, the use of submitted content by generation providers, international transfers, the legal operator, and a monitored privacy contact still need confirmation. This draft does not promise specific retention periods or make claims about model training.
